O-World Travel is a Thai travel agency that runs small-group day trips in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces for expats and travelers. Each trip pairs a local experience — a food walk, a market workshop, a farm day, a train journey to Ayutthaya — with an English-speaking guide and a per-person price published on the tour page.
Where is O-World Travel based?
O-World Travel is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and every tour it operates is a day trip run out of Bangkok. The destinations it currently runs day trips to are Ayutthaya, Bang Nam Phueng Floating Market, Nakhon Pathom and Bang Rak, Bangkok.
Is O-World Travel a licensed travel agency in Thailand?
O-World Travel is licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand under TAT License No. 11/13375. The licence number is published in the site footer and on the About page, and it covers the small-group day tours O-World Travel operates around Bangkok.
How large is an O-World Travel tour group?
O-World Travel runs every trip as a small group with a per-tour cap: the Train to Ayutthaya Day Trip takes a maximum of 10 guests, and the Happy Belly Bang Rak food and language walk takes a maximum of 8 guests. Where a tour page does not print a number, the trip still runs in the same small-group format rather than as a large coach tour.
What language do O-World Travel guides speak?
O-World Travel tours are guided in English, and the guides also speak Thai. Two trips build that bilingualism into the day itself: the Happy Belly Bang Rak food and language walk is run as a Thai–English exchange, and the Shop Chim Chill and Yum Yum Pomelo trips open with a Thai language session before the activity starts.
Can one person book an O-World Travel tour?
O-World Travel's booking form accepts a party of one, so a solo traveler can request any tour without arranging a private group. Because the trips are shared small-group departures, a flexible-date booking is confirmed once the minimum group size for that date is met.
How do I book an O-World Travel tour?
Booking an O-World Travel tour takes three steps. Submit the booking form on the Contact page with your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, nationality, number of guests and tour choice; O-World Travel then confirms availability and sends a secure payment link; once payment is received you get a confirmation email.
What payment methods does O-World Travel accept?
O-World Travel accepts credit or debit card, PromptPay, and bank transfer. Payment is not taken on the website — after you submit a booking request, O-World Travel replies by email or WhatsApp with a secure payment link for whichever of those methods you prefer.
How do I receive my O-World Travel booking confirmation?
O-World Travel sends an automated confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving payment for a tour. For a flexible-date trip, O-World Travel confirms the requested date within 24 hours of the booking request, once the minimum group size for that date is met.
What is O-World Travel's cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time receive a 50% refund of the total payment on every O-World Travel tour. If O-World Travel has to cancel a departure because of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather before the trip starts, you may reschedule onto another date or take a full refund.
